Our Benefit Plan is designed around the CAPLICO value of “customer second.” It offers a variety of choices, giving you the flexibility to create a plan that meets your family’s health and wellness needs while maximizing the value of our shared cost partnership.

You are eligible for health care and insurance coverage, including 401(k), if you work 32 or more hours per week as a full-time employee. Your eligible dependents may also be enrolled in most coverages, including voluntary plans. Part-time employees who are regularly scheduled to work 30–31 hours are eligible for Medical, Prescription, and 401(k) coverage. Part-time employees working under 30 hours per week and Per Diem employees are eligible for 401(k) once they have worked 1,000 hours in an anniversary year.
