Your Questions Answered

Frequently Asked Questions

What symptoms can you help manage at home?

We help with pain, shortness of breath, nausea, constipation, fatigue, anxiety, poor sleep, and other treatment-related symptoms under a physician-directed plan.

Can pain be managed without opioids?

Often yes. We combine non-opioid medications with non-drug approaches like positioning, pacing, relaxation, and sleep strategies. Your plan is individualized.

How do you know if the plan is working?

We use symptom scales, vital signs, and your feedback about daily function. Plans are adjusted visit by visit to improve comfort and safety.

What should I track between visits?

Keep a simple log of pain scores, triggers, what helped, medication times, and any side effects. Bring questions you want to review.

Will you coordinate with my specialist or palliative team?

Yes. We share updates and collaborate with your physician, specialists, and other providers to keep care aligned.

What if pain or symptoms suddenly worsen?

Call our team for guidance on new or changing symptoms. For severe or life-threatening symptoms, call 911 immediately.
